Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom, is the designated operator of the Kirinskoye block of the Sakhalin shelf (Sakhalin-3 project).
Development of the Kirinskoye block fields of the Sakhalin shelf is part of the Eastern Gas Program, which will make it possible to provide consumers of the Russian Far East with energy resources.
A distinctive feature of Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is that the development of reserves in the Kirinskoye gas condensate field for the first time on the Russian shelf is carried out using subsea gas production technologies without above-water facilities
