The association was established in 2018 to develop civil shipbuilding, ship repair and marine equipment production in the Arkhangelsk region. The cluster implements projects in the following areas: (1) designing and constructing of ice-class sea and river passenger vessels, (2) developing of regional shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises’ infrastructure, (3) providing of support for cluster’s SME, and (4) organizing of exhibitions, business meetings and fora in Arkhangelsk.
