February 11, 2026 the Russian Government issued a Decree on holding OMR 2026
On February 11, 2026 Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, signed a Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on holding in St. Petersburg International Exhibition and Conference for Shipbuilding and Equipment and Technologies for Development of the Arctic and Continental Shelf OMR 2026.
Founders and Organisers: Russian Academy of Sciences, Gazprom, National Research Center Kurchatov Institute, Gazprom VNIIGAZ, RESTEC Exhibition Company.
The Decree states: "To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Federal executive offices (according to the list), top officials (heads of the highest executive bodies of state power) of the subjects of the Russian Federation (according to the list).
I request to take part in preparing and holding the International Exhibition and Conference for Shipbuilding and Equipment and Technologies for Development of the Arctic and Continental Shelf OMR 2026' to be held October 2026.
FYI OMR 2026 Forum will be held in the framework of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.
